RETURNED GOODS Goods may not be returned without the consent of the Customer Service Department. If the reason for returning material is our fault or that of the manufacturer, we will cheerfully and promptly, without expense to the customer, rectify the error. If the cause lies with the customer, we will do everything possible to minimize the expense of loss. However, in such cases we reserve the right to make reasonable charges for restocking and handling. All goods returned must be in a saleable condition. All request for return of merchandise should be made within 30 days of receipt.
