ESTABLISHING CREDIT

We are pleased to offer a line of credit to approved customers. An open account with us expedites your order. Credit applications are available via mail, fax, City Desk, or your Sales Representative.Billing terms are net: 30 days. 

PRICES

We welcome the opportunity to quote current prices on specific items. Please as your Sale Representative or City Desk. All price quotes ae good for 60 days unless otherwise noted. Clerical errors are subject to correction.

DELIVERY

In most cases, orders of in-stock products received in our office by 2:00 p.m. will be delivered the following business day. Delivery terms are F.O.B. shipping point unless otherwise noted. Unless specific shipping instructions are given, we will use our best judgement to determine the most expedient and economical delivery method.

RETURNED GOODS

Goods may not be returned without the consent of the Customer Service Department. If the reason for returning material is our fault or that of the manufacturer, we will cheerfully and promptly, without expense to the customer, rectify the error. If the cause lies with the customer, we will do everything possible to minimize the expense of loss. However, in such cases we reserve the right to make reasonable charges for restocking and handling. All goods returned must be in a saleable condition. All request for return of merchandise should be made within 30 days of receipt.

CANCELLATION

Orders for items of special design or made to special order, or of a type not normally carried in stock cannot be cancelled without first securing our written permission and we in turn, the permission of the manufacturer.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES

The goods we sell have been manufactured by others and may be warranted for limited periods of time by them against defects in materials or workmanship. (All misuse of products is excluded from warranties.) In all instances, seller makes no warranty of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, unless expressly set forth in writing. No agent, employee, or representative of the seller has any authority to bind the seller o any affirmation, representation, or warrant concerning goods that we sell beyond that specifically included in writing. Statistical information is derived form tables compiled by the manufacturers and is reprinted by us for your convenience. We do not assume consequential or incidental damages for breach of contract or nonperformance due to fire, strike, accident, or causes beyond our control.

MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS

We are committed to providing you with appropriate safety and health information related to the product purchased from us. This information is contained in Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) which conform to the requirements of the Occupational Safety & Health Administration’s Hazard Communication Standard. These MSDS also comply with worker Right-To-Know legislation at the state level.
